I had a pleasure of attending the Powerlunch on AI and Predictive Marketing by IDBBN. I left it with a thought that by using these possibilities, we could find potential customers faster and satisfy their needs better. We have AI solutions for our customers, but could we use it in marketing ourselves...?  How about our data, which is far from perfect? "It will never be perfect - start with what you have" was the answer. Probably true...
