My role is all about engaging our online audience with Fujitsu's story.
This starts with understanding what that audience needs, and how we can add value.
It means creating content - written, visual & video - that will resonate with our readers.
And it means using the right mix of digital channels to get the right content in front of the right person at the right time.
I focus on delivering a digital strategy that supports the outcomes demanded by the business. This includes a lot of engagement with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure they understand the potential of digital.
More broadly I believe that social media at its best means genuine connection. So I'm always keen to work with colleagues to help them connect with customers and the broader audience to share insight and experience in an appropriate way.
